Our people have had long term Wealth Tech experience and have a track record of successful comercialisations of software in our sector.

Our Team

Morpheus Wealth was founded by Ray Tubman.

Ray graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Mathematics degree in the 1980s and has spent 35 years entrenched within the Wealth Management and the Financial Services sector.

During that time he was a co-founder at InfoComp which merged into public company GBST in 2007. In this role he lead the design and build of the GBST Composer system which today administers in excess of $300Bn of retail assets across the APAC and EMEA regions. He also held various executive level roles within the public company.

After departure from GBST, Ray formed software provider FinoComp in 2015 which grew with great success and was acquired by ASX listed Bravura Solutions in 2019. At FinoComp, Ray was evangelical about the use of MicroServices within the Wealth Sector and is considered a market leader in this field.

Ray has also been involved in other start up financial services companies outside of pure technology companies.

Ray has received many accolades for his work over the years and was recognised by the University of Wollongong in 2021 with the Alumni Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
